A large-footprint indoor sports building in Woodinville, built for club soccer and futsal: a column-free playing surface, a durable high-traffic interior, and the clear spans that let a regulation court fit under one roof.
It opened as the first dedicated futsal court in Washington State. Clear span was the entire brief — a court cannot have a post in it — so the structure had to carry the roof from the walls out, with nothing landing in the middle of play.
Club banners run the length of the room and the surface is laid out to regulation. It is the kind of commercial build where the engineering is invisible when it is done right: players see an open floor, not the spans holding it up.
